Bright and cozy,30 min to Manhattan on the subway.

Our cozy bedroom is bright and sunny with a bright big window. The bedroom is equipped with tv and cable and Air conditioning, there is always extra towels and a blanket available. There is an iron with ironing board inside the closet and you can store all you luggage there also. We offer clean fresh linens, towels and coffee or. tea. We're close to all major subways and a 30 minute ride to the city. Coffee shops are within walking distance from the residence. Registration #OSE-STRREG-0001474 The space My place is very quiet and warm. Our kitchen isn’t available for use. We have a really nice backyard for guest to utilize and relax in the summer . In the fall, you could roast marshmallows around the firepit in the backyard and have some hot chocolate. Upstairs is not available for use. The basement isn't available for use at this time and we ask that guest respect that. The host live here and would be staying in the same unit as guest. Guest access Guest will have access to our beautiful backyard in the summer time where they could relax. The host live here in the unit and would be present during your stay but give guest their space. I’m available to ask any questions about anything. During your stay I like giving guest space, but if they have any questions about places to visit, or places to eat, I reside here in the same unit where guest will be staying but can be easily reached via cell phone or if you see me around, please don't be shy, just ask me anything. I am the coolest person you will ever meet. Other things to note We are a super nice family and we love meeting new people. Guest could ask us questions at anytime, or message me with questions. Guest would have a fantastic time staying at our place, we live at the residence, and would be staying in the same unit as guest so we expect some interaction at some point but we like to give our guest space at the same time. We love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. We want our place to feel like a home away from home. If at any time an issue arise please reach out to us and address the issue you’re having and we would try our absolute best to fix it rather than not saying anything and then at the end leaving a bad review, bad reviews bring down someone’s rating.
