3 Bedroom cottage in a glorious riverside setting

A little slice of heaven is a phrase used by many visitors to le moulin l'Eveque, a riverside property with 3 holiday cottages and the owners residence. Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, yet only a 7 minute drive from the A84 autoroute, this is a wonderful springboard for visiting all the major sightseeing attractions that Normandy has to offer, such as the Bayeaux tapestry, le mont St. Michel and the WW2 landing beaches. I am Irish but spent many years in London and the last 14 yrs in France The space The 3 bedroom cottage, le gite de cadran solaire is almost entirely situated on the 1st floor with just the large well equipped kitchen being at ground floor level. The principal bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed Guest access Visitors to the gite de cadran solaire have their own garden space as well as their own patio right outside the kitchen. there is also a very large communal riverside garden with picnic tables and is perfect for fishing, for which a licence is required, and is available from the local bar. Other things to note This is a riverside property and parents of young children must ensure that they are not left unsupervised while near the river. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage but you can smoke on the patio just outside the kitchen.
