Rental unit in Buffalo

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower! The space We have no pets at this time. Guest access Main door entrance is shared with owners, who live downstairs in a separate apartment. We do have off street parking (necessary in winter months). Other things to note We are not a B&B however there are multiple breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots within a 5 minute walk from the house. The suite includes refrigerator, large microwave, kitchen utensils, and coffee/tea supplies. We can sleep 5 adults with one person sleeping on a queen futon. The futon bedroom has an adjoining door with the double bed bedroom.
