Friendly, Cozy R&R Retreat! Close to Everything!

You’re so welcome to share our home! Our home is best suited for long term work or educational stays. We love people and it will be our great joy to welcome you to our home & our city and help you get acclimated and find your way around here. We are really close to all the area hospitals, our local colleges, sports centers and downtown activities. In most cases, you’ll find we’re about 10 minutes from anywhere in our city! The space We are happy to share our home with our guests. Please know we really want you to feel at home here. It’s really important to us! Guest access Every single picture has details of the areas that are called common areas in our house. We’re pretty cool. We love to share. During your stay We really love people, so we are always open to share a cup of coffee, conversation, or even a meal occasionally; and we’re so happy to give suggestions for fun places to see in the area or restaurants to try. We also understand that sometimes people need room to themselves and space to rest or study. We’re very good at that here at the Brickhouse! Just be sure and let us know what you need! Other things to note Longer Stays: We know sometimes longer stays are needed for rotations, relocations, residencies or caring for family members in the area; so our rates are greatly reduced for long term stays. Once you put your dates in, you’d see our discount automatically apply and the the new rate/total will automatically generate. (Note: If your search was for a full week or a month or more our lower price will be what you see right away.) Note: The lower level of our house may occupied from time to time, so the blue library area with the ping pong table may or may not be available during your stay.
