Mary Lou's Town House

Mary Lou's Town house is a 1930's house in town with a fully fenced in yard with additional dog yard and house. The back yard has a fire pit, BBQ, patio and trees. It is walking distance from bars and restaurants. Fall River Lake is three minutes from its location. It also comes with access to our ranch ten minutes away. The ranch offers 375 acres of walking space, a launch and water access for fishing, swimming and renting kayaks. With a full homestead of animals, and food. A+ birdwatching The space The house is 20 minutes away from Burney Falls. An hour away from Lassen and an hour away from Mt Shasta. The yard has a fully fenced in yard with privacy fence in the back. It also has a new gas grill and BBQ space with two tables and chair sets plus, a fire pit with 4 chairs and a dog yard and house. A bricked walkway and patio with roses throughout the yard. It is by the town elementary school. Kids are welcome to play on the multiple play structures at the school after hours. Pets are allowed to stay with guests for $10 a night per pet. This fee needs to be sent through Airbnb before arrival. This can be done on the details on the reservation page. Please let me know if you have any questions. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the house. The back closet has extra linens for bed and bath. Guests are welcome to use the washer and drier and fire pit and BBQ. Guests also have access to our ranch on the river. It is 10min drive from the town house. It is great for swimming, fishing, boating, walking, bird watching, and wildlife. Your are welcome to fish our banks, rent a boat or bring your own and use our launch. Access to the ranch is only granted with a night stay at one of our locations. Other things to note I have the house listed as a farm stay because I leave fresh milk and eggs. I have meats available for guests and my garden goods. The stay gives access to the farm 10 minutes away. We have orchards, gardens, river access, fishing access and many farm animals. This is a way to stay in town but still get a farm stay location.
