Interior Features: - Wide ceramic floors throughout - Luminous, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas - Floor-to-ceiling windows providing abundant natural light - Galley-style chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, Nolte cabinets, and high-end stainless steel appliances - Central heating and cooling - Dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer - Spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets - Stylish bathrooms, including a master bath with a freestanding tub - Pool table for entertainment - Dedicated workspace for productivity Exterior Features: Private pool and hot tub by the canal Private dock with direct access to the waterfront Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool and hot tub. Parking is convenient with a driveway that accommodates up to 4 sedans. Please note, garage access is not included. The owner's 66’ Azimut yacht is periodically docked on-site. While present, you may see the captain, steward, and cleaning crew assisting the yacht at the dock. If you are interested in booking the yacht for your stay, please inquire with your Luxuri agent. Using the private dock for your own vessel is permitted only after prior discussion with your Luxuri agent and providing insurance for your vessel with a matching ID. A boat slip is available under these conditions. Other things to note We want your stay to be as seamless as we can possibly can. Please note, elevator is not to be used by guests. If you have a disability, and can’t climb up the stairs, please state so prior to booking your stay. Elevator is only available at an extra 5K deposit and not for luggage usage only with proof of disability. $550 connection fee non refundable. Reminder of rules : *NO SMOKING POLICY* No smoking of any kind indoors! ($1000 fine) *NOISE ORDINANCE* Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 8PM-8AM. ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. If violations fees are assessed by the city, guest is responsible for the payments of all fines (starting at $5,000 +) Driveway holds maximum 4 sedans parked tightly and NOT blocking the sidewalk. STREET PARKING NOT AVAILABLE OR ALLOWED. NO PARKING ON LAWN. If garbage exceeds the current receptacle cans capacity - a $250 garbage fee may be applied.
