Welcome to our gated, 2.5-acre private estate in the best location in Town. It’s nestled in the start of Temecula's wine country. Over 44 wineries as our neighbors! The house has lots of different spaces for you to enjoy. A newly renovated house, upgraded bathroom and kitchen,just minutes away from busy streets of Old Town Temecula, with its fine dining, quaint shops, and live music venues. This house has the best Sunset & Hot air balloon’s await and wineries are close by. RVC-1390 The space Our home is an upscale, barn style home, with stunning views. As you enter the property via the private gate. Once you arrive at the house, there you will find plenty of parking. Your first time arriving you will need to grab the keys and gate opener for the gate. We ask that you park within the gate. We are surrounded by horse properties, vineyards and beautiful private estates. When you enter you will immediately fall in love with our spacious floor plan, spiral staircase, living & dining room, and kitchen (which is upstairs). Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (room for air mattress) Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with attached full bath Bedroom 3: 1 King bed Kids Bedroom: 3 Full beds (Full over Full bunk + Full Loft bed), Futon, Sleeper sofa, and Foam Bag 2 Separate Living spaces: 2 Large sectional couches For your entertainment there is horseshoe, corn hole on the property, and PLENTY OF TVS PROVIDED. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, due to Covid restrictions we are limited on what items we can provide for you - You will always find salt, pepper, coffee, creamer and tea, at a minimum.
