Just over 5 miles from Purdue, our fully renovated Cottage sits on the bank of the Wabash River. Walking distance to the Davis Ferry Pedestrian Bridge and Heritage Trail. Cottage is directly across the river from the Davis Ferry Park boat launch. This cottage features a 500 sqf deck that wraps around the house. Guest access Entire house Other things to note The Cottage sits on the bank of the Wabash River and is accessed through the arbor down 4 stairs to the wraparound deck. There are steps and levels throughout the house. There is flight of stairs down to the river bank and fire pit area. Though the cottage is on the river in a rural location, the occasional road noise may be heard from the bridge nearby. There is also a railroad bridge beyond that. The hum of a freight train may also be heard in the distance.
