This first level unit features beautiful hardwood floors that are original to the home, a comfortably furnished living area with flat screen TV, and a renovated galley kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep. The private dining area is located off the kitchen and has seating for six people. Enjoy delicious homemade meals with loved ones surrounded by the glow of ambient natural light that flows through the wall-to-wall windows in the dining room. There is ample seating in the living room for socializing with friends and family during your vacation. As you make your way past the living room and down the hallway towards the bedrooms, the hardwood floors are a subtle reminder of the history of this home and truly makes this property feel like “home”. The fully renovated hall bathroom features a fresh clean style, great lighting, and a large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is serviced by the hallway bathroom - a great room for the younger family members of your group! The second guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy full-sized bed and has convenient access to the hall bathroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious master suite complete with a comfortable and welcoming king-sized bed. Guests of this room will enjoy the renovated private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the expansive back deck. The large deck is covered so that it can be enjoyed in any weather and is a truly peaceful setting! It’s a perfect spot for reading, outdoor dining with the family, or simply relaxing! There is a washer and dryer closet off the master for added convenience. Located on the desirable South End or Wrightsville Beach this home is perfectly placed! Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings, enjoy watching the south end kite surfers during the day, and catch dazzling sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway in the evening. It is a 3-minute walk to the famous Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, or you can stroll down the block and grab coffee and breakfast at SUNdays café. Don’t forget to stop by South End Surf Shop for your beach essentials! With everything just steps from your door you can park the car for the week, forget the hustle and bustle of your day-to-day life and get on island time. For larger family gatherings, rent “W034 - Riester’s Lookout” which is directly above for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Full, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles. Please note that the carport is narrow and may not be suitable for large vehicles and SUV’s; measurements are as follows: 8'8" wide X 8 foot tall X 33'9" long. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund.
