Located 8 km from Marciac (jazz festival), 2 km from Tillac, and close to Spain and the Pyrenees, it is the ideal place to disconnect and fully enjoy nature. The space Welcome to our spacious 200 m² family home! We can comfortably accommodate 10 people, and up to 12 people upon request. Ideal for stays with family, friends, or for your business trips, it offers a combination of tranquility, security, and comfort in a relaxing setting. Indoor Main Floor: Living room / living area (35 m²): Bright thanks to its large windows overlooking two terraces. Comfortable, with a sofa, two armchairs, foosball table, TV, and DVD player. Independent kitchen (20 m²): Custom-designed and fully equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and fridge. Master bedroom (20 m²): Double bed, access to the terrace, two storage closets. Bathroom and separate toilet. 1st Floor: Blue bedroom on the right: double bed + 2 single beds Pink bedroom on the left: double bed + 2 single beds Each bedroom is separate and spacious for everyone's comfort. Outdoors Main terrace (100 m²): outdoor table and seating area, ideal for al fresco aperitifs and meals. Secondary terrace (50 m²): accessible from the barn and the ground-floor bedroom, perfect for waking up to the sun. 100 m² barn: in the shade, equipped with garden furniture and a large dining table so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Separate outdoor covered shower room and toilet: convenient after swimming. Leisure and relaxation: trampoline, ping-pong table, BBQ, umbrella, sun loungers. Parking: private space at the end of the garden for up to 10 cars. You will appreciate the authentic charm of this fully remodeled former farmhouse, the quality of the materials, and the refined décor. This house is the perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy an exceptional natural setting with family or friends. Guest access The entire property is private, as is the pool. Other things to note Just outside the town, a 30-hectare lake with a recreation center offers a wide range of outdoor activities: carp fishing (including at night), pedal boat or electric boat rides, windsurfing, swimming in the recreational pool, and walks around the lake. Nearby, discover the 13th-century bastide with one of the largest covered squares in southwestern France, the 14th-century church, and the Territoires du Jazz, a unique performing arts and museum space in Europe. The Natural History Museum completes the visit, while a footpath connects the lake to the farmhouse, including a 2.8-kilometer (1.7-mile) fitness trail for relaxing in the heart of nature.
