Recently renovated cottage with hot tub, an electric fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TVs. Family-friendly features include a baby gate, potty training seat, high chair, toddler-safe bunk beds, and toys Outdoor features include 2 fire pits, trampoline, jungle gym, basketball hoop, walking path, stream w/ waterfall, and 3 acres of woods to explore The space The first floor has a kitchen, a large living room, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Located on the front and back of the property are two porches The second floor has an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a children's room with a bunk bed and toys Outside we have a hot tub, two firepits, a walking path which leads to a trampoline, and further down it leads to the second fire pit and a beautiful stream and waterfall. We also have a basketball hoop in the driveway Would recommend grabbing starter wood from a local gas station or store to get your fire started if you use them Note we do have well water, so when heated, it does have a slight sulfur smell Guest access Guests have access to the entire 3-acre property Other things to note Please make sure to not venture beyond the property lines. You'll see orange property line markers in the woods for reference Grab any wood you’d like within the property laying around, but just make sure to grab some starter wood from a local store if you intend to make a fire during your stay
