Come stay and feel at peace in this modern, bright and clean home. Located in between the city of Gainesville and Highsprings, the heart of the springs. This home is in a golf community so the grounds are beautiful to walk and you can enjoy the lake, playground and picnic areas. Enjoy the spacious living and dining room to relax and make memories. The kitchen is fully stocked and you have full access to the washer and dryer. Each room has a king bed ! This cozy and modern apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Open floor living and dining room . Decorated with plants and modern furniture. A hallway leads you to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. All on ground level for elderly and handicap needs . The 1st room is blue and white with an ocean vibe .It has a comfy king bed and two modern night tables on each side . A double door closet for your belongings. This room has a side door to the 1st full bathroom that has a shower/tub. The master bedroom is spacious with modern decor and comfy swivel chair to read your book next to the window. Master bathroom is spacious and new updated modern floor tile in the walk-in shower . The walk-in-closet has plenty of room for all of your belongings and hangers are provided , as well as a shelf with bins . You will also find an iron and ironing board .The master room has a lil patio out back. We are now able to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have Bedroom 1 for 2 adults , Bedroom 2 for 2 adults and a child and we now have 1 queen blow up and 2 single blow ups which are available for $15 per blow up bed per night . Which will cover bedding and towels for any additional guests after the 4th. Other things to note: Gainesville is known for the Gators, UF, and the downtown area, including the Thomas Center and Hippodrome Theater. And Highsprings/ Fortwhite is known for their gorgeous and refreshing springs: Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, Ichetucknee Springs, Ginnie Springs, Devil's Den and so many more. Please clean up after yourself, including washing your own dishes. - Absolutely NO loud music and NO parties, as a courtesy to our neighbors; $500/night fee applies if a party occurs - pets allowed; $25/night pet fee . Please no pets on the beds or on the couch, we have a pet bed in the coat closet behind the shoe rack. If there is pet hair found on couch or bed you be charged another $25 fee. - No Smoking inside the Home (incl. tobacco, marijuana, etc.); $100/night fee applies after checkout if smoking occurs - Please do not leave any trash outside the condo or in the parking lot. We like to keep our neighborhood beautiful! - Please let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should . And most importantly have fun and relax :D
