The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Our cottage has 3 bedrooms designed for families: 1 King bedroom 1 Queen bedroom with a crib and attached private bathroom 1 "kids" bedroom, 1 twin bed AND 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed 1 large Pack ’n Play (in closet) All rooms have room-darkening curtains to ensure a good night’s rest. FAMILY FUN SHED (2.5-Stall Garage) Pack light and enjoy all the extras! You’ll have free access to bikes (kids & adults), kayaks, helmets, life jackets, stroller, wagon, football, frisbees, bag toss, beach gear, cooler, and more. COFFEE LOVERS WELCOME ☕ Our coffee bar has everything you need: fresh beans, grinder, drip maker, Keurig, and even pour-over gear for the perfect cup. INDOOR FUN Enjoy plenty of board games or play “classic” console video games when you want to relax inside. OUTDOOR SPACE The large patio and backyard are perfect for grilling, games, and family time. Please leave the cottage tidy; excessive mess or damage may result in extra charges. Guest access You will enter the home using an electronic key code and will have access to the entire cottage, outdoor area, "Family Fun Shed" and the full 1.5+ acre parcel.
