Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun; also moor your boat at one of the three docks which offer lots of fishing fun, crabbing, swimming & sunbathing. The greatest decision to be made is do we play at the bay or the gulf, today? Walk out the back door and you are on the bay where frolicking dolphins are often seen! Across the street is the sparkling Gulf which can be seen from the southern windows! Furnishings are being updated at this time! The space This three-story townhome offers three large bedrooms, the lower floor having a daybed with trundle and casual dining for those coming in from swimming. The living room overlooks Sabine Bay providing an airconditioned view of those out swimming, crabbing, & boating. Bedrooms on the third floor have both been used as masters because they each have a full bath but one has a King bed and the other two queen-size beds. The 2nd bedroom had a view of the gulf. The kitchen is decked out with beautiful cherry cabinets, granite countertops, & a convenient island for the chefs! Guest access The wide multi-use path runs the entire length of the beach. Walk, run, or bike. Free Trolly Stop nearby. Parking for 3 vehicles! Two are 8 feet high, covered, and 1 in the driveway directly behind the unit. Your guests can park on the roadside of Ft Pickens Rd. Other things to note Treehouse offers a great family atmosphere for all who vacation here. To that end, rules are strictly enforced.
