This charming A-frame home offers a perfect blend of cozy comfort and scenic beauty, with spacious living areas and stunning views of the mountains and valley. Whether you're relaxing by the firepit, enjoying the hot tub, or swimming in the seasonal pool, this property is the ideal place to unwind and connect with nature. ➤ Bedroom 1 (Master) The master bedroom offers a king bed with fresh linens and ample windows that fill the room with natural light. A 50" HD TV adds extra comfort for relaxing after a day of exploration. This room also includes a private bathroom for your convenience. ➤ Bathroom 1 (Ensuite) Full bathroom attached to bedroom 1 with a walk-in shower/tub combo, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Clean and convenient! ➤ Bedroom 2 This bedroom features a queen bed with fresh linens and ample closet space. It provides a quiet and private setting, offering a restful environment for a good night's sleep. ➤ Bathroom 2 Full bathroom down the hall with a bathtub and a separate shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Includes toiletries and essentials. ➤ Bedroom 3 (Loft) This loft space includes a queen bed with comfortable bedding. Come explore the beauty of Lookout Mountain! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Pool access is seasonal only (May 1st–Oct 1st). Hot tub access for $50.00. Please indicate if you would like to add this feature to your reservation so we can prepare it before your stay. There is parking directly in front of the house, so you can drive your car right up to the front door. Other things to note ➤ Bella Vista is off Hwy 157, nestled in a quiet area with two nearby homes, offering privacy without complete isolation. ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤ The pool is serviced weekly around May 1st–Oct 1st, so a technician may stop by to check the pool levels. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the pool. ➤ Scheduled lawn care takes place during the warmer months and may occur during your stay. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum. ➤ Pets are not allowed.
