Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. Other things to note INFORMATION & RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING House Rules: No parties or events Only registered guests allowed (unless approved in advance) Damages or lost items exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb No illegal activity on the premises Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home No shoes or wet dogs inside the house No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval Do not climb down the hillside River access only via your designated house trail (#2) --- Important Safety & Property Details: This property is located directly on the river—please use caution, especially with children and pets. Use of water toys, bikes, fire pit, and other amenities is at your own risk. 🏊‍♂️ River swimming access is available only July through September (seasonal and weather-dependent). Please be safe, respectful, and have fun! --- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-In: 4:00 PM (PST) Arrival info will be sent 2 days before check-in Door code will be sent at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival Early check-in may be approved only if we don’t have a same-day checkout before your stay To request early check-in, please message us 2 days in advance Check-Out: 11:00 AM (PST) $50 fee per 15 minutes will apply for late departures without approval Late check-out may be granted if there is no same-day check-in after your stay To request late check-out, please message us 2 days in advance --- Smoking & Substances: 🚭 Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home. Any evidence of such will result in immediate termination of your stay at your expense. --- Pets – Dogs Only (Limit 2): 🐶 Only 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed. No other animals permitted Dogs must remain on the property and supervised at all times Do not allow pets on neighbors’ property No wet dogs inside the home Please try to keep dogs off all furniture and bedding If needed, use the provided dog blankets to protect furniture Clean up all pet hair and waste before checkout Excess cleaning may result in additional charges --- Fencing: ⚠️ Please do not climb, sit, or lean on the wire fence. It is not designed to support weight. --- Septic System: 🚽 Please only flush toilet paper and waste. No wipes (even if labeled flushable), feminine products, or paper towels. --- River Access: Please remove all personal items, garbage, and water toys after use Do not leave anything outside overnight that could blow into the river Help us keep the river clean and safe for all guests ---
