Welcome to Hayden House Dorset, a wonderful Georgian home set in the historic village of Charminster. The house is nestled in 9 arces of land with lovely views of the countryside & village church. A perfect home for family get-togethers or a group of friends. With 6 bedrooms, a kitchen with AGA, a generous sized cinema room, formal reception and fantastic dining room there is space for everyone. Dog friendly, this great getaway is perfect for exploring the best of the Jurassic Coast. The space This beautiful home offers lots of space for entertaining, whether you want to be all together or if you're seeking time alone with a book. The sitting room has three large, comfy sofas and everyone will so enjoy the cosy movie room at the top of the house complete with extra large smart TV, toys & games and vintage games console. There are six gorgeous bedrooms to choose from.. On the first floor, the master bedroom with spectacular super king four poster bed and stunning ensuite bathroom. In addition, there's a further super king bedroom with French-style bed, armoire and original feature fireplace. Plus, a king sized bedroom, with a chest of drawers and beautifully upholstered headboard and a gorgeous rustic single room. On this floor is also a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower. On the second floor amongst the eaves you'll find a pretty twin bedroom with wrought iron beds and dressing table, which is just perfect for little ones. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a easy access king sized bedroom next to the luxurious shower room - perfect if you've just come back from a day on the beach or long walk! The Garden There is a fine gravel area which wraps around the house from the kitchen double doors to the front and table & chairs are placed there. The garden has one pond which is fenced making it adult and child safe. Following on from this there is a walled grass garden and we have the 'Bentley' of gas BBQs We have 2 fields and 1 water meadow all for your use (bring your wellies). The field the house is situated in has a public footpath which leads to the lovely stream which you can paddle in and get to St Marys church. Also, this field hosts a newly planted apple orchard. The other left hand field is also fenced and predominately where the sheep reside although they do rotate between all three areas. We have newly installed a small swing and slide set in the walled garden with a small goal - fun things for all the family to play with. Also, to mention not 1 min from the front door is the village jungle gym which will entertain the kids for hours.
