The beach is less than a minute' The space The first floor of the house has a large, open living area with a wall-mounted 55" ROKU HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 10 guests, with four more seats available at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms in the first floor of the house. One bedroom has a king bed and has access to a full bath that is shared with the living area. The full bath has a tiled shower. The second bedroom has a full over full and a twin over twin bunk bed. The second floor features a spacious primary suite that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and the inlet. This room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a very spacious luxury shower. Also on the second floor there are three other bedrooms with king beds. There are 2 additional full baths in the second floor. All bedrooms feature a wall-mounted 43" ROKU HDTV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except a few locked owners closets), fenced private pool and other amenities.
