There is also a long stay pay and display car park which is a few minutes walk away Guest access All of the listing is available for guest usage Other things to note Please note that from 7th September 2026 until June 2027 the nearby public Tank Car Park will be out of action. You will still have an allocated parking space available in the At The Beach car park though. From 7th September - 17th October, the sea defence operations work will be being set up in the Tank Car Park, and some noise will be heard during this time. From 17th October, sea defence work to Torcross Sea Front will commence. The work will be dependent on the tides, with the rocks being placed when the tide is low, in a 25 metre stretch from the sea wall out to sea. The rock armour defence will be built in 5 metre sections within the low tide windows starting at the southern end (where At The Beach apartments are located), working in parallel along the beach towards the northern end slipway. Completion of works is estimated for Spring 2027 time. It will take approximately 4-5 months to complete the main rock armour, so the works will be ongoing over the autumn and winter months, with the area around the car park and slipway. We anticipate that this will likely create additional noise in the area. For the first couple weeks of the work, as this apartment is sea facing, you will be able to see the work.
