Madison is listed by Forbes Magazine as one of the safest little cities in America. 6000 square feet of farmhouse living. Ammenties include private suite, private patio, swimming pool and pool house, outdoor fireplace and organic gardens. We live in the old South so we endeavor to give our guests a taste of Southern culture. I live in the west wing and the Guest Suite is upstairs in the East Wing. I have special pricing for active military, veterans and law enforcement. The guest suite is upstairs in the east wing of the house. Private suite includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sitting/tv room. The space has a refrigerator and Keruig coffee maker as well as snacks. Guests are welcome to use our Family TV Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room. Also, there is a private patio with outdoor fireplace as well as the swimming pool. The pool is open from May 1 through October 1. In the summer, there is a lot of mowing going on so we hope guests will forgive the occasional noise of mowers and trimmers. Guests enter through the main front door and a key is provided. The guest suite is directly upstairs. I work behind our home in my art studio. I am available at all times to provide assistance to guests. While we don’t serve breakfast anymore, we do provide Nana’s Biscuits. We work very hard to make sure our guests have an enjoyable stay. We ask that guests care for our BnB spaces and leave them in good shape. Gratuity is very much appreciated. Mannsdale Manor is located in the town of Madison with easy access to Jackson and surrounding areas including festivals, shopping, restaurants etc. It has been described as a little jewel in the middle of town. We are surrounded by horse farms and hay fields. Most guests have cars and provide their own transportation but I can assist guests if there is any situation where a car is unavailable. We do have road and trail bicycles if anyone wants to get some exercise. We have hosted several runners and runners can go into beautiful horse farms and look at the animals. I have picked guests and their bicycles up off the Natchez Trace and brought them back if you are trail biking. Our home is on approximately 5 wooded acres with lots of privacy. We do not have neighbors nearby. It's very peaceful outdoors with wildlife and gardens. We are currently listing more of our short term guests in the guest suite in our home. However, the carriage house available for our longer term guests. There is a $100/night penalty for each guest that stays overnight without the owners approval.
