The space The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
