Walk to the beach from this bright, cheerful and clean two bedroom, two bathroom condo, located in beautiful St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Beachfront Resort. It is the perfect getaway for families, couples and friends. Our condo comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and is a simple 5 minute walk from the front door to one of Florida’s most gorgeous beaches. It is easy to get around with grocery stores, great restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and more all close by and just a 15 minute drive to the historic cobblestone streets of downtown St. Augustine! Ocean and Racquet Resort Amenities: - 2 swimming pools, 1 heated in the winter months (dependent on outside temperature) - lighted tennis and pickle ball courts - 5 hot tubs, 1 of which is right in the middle of our building’s courtyard - 2 easy private beach accesses - catch and release fishing ponds The condo is about 900 square feet and on the second floor. *Note, the complex is oceanfront, the unit is not. Sleeping: - Main bedroom: king size bed with attached bathroom, white noise machine and black out curtains - Second bedroom: queen bed, single bed, white noise machine and black out shade Condo Amenities: - inside washer and dryer - all linens and towels provided (plus extra) - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in both showers - secure high speed WiFi - smart TVs in each bedroom and living room - vacuum - tennis rackets, pickle-ball paddles and balls - Play Station 2 with lots of games - board games, puzzles, playing cards - blocks for our littlest guests - beach accessories (ex. beach towels, toys, cooler, chairs, umbrella…) - coffee and tea area with drip pot coffee maker, Keurig, french press, coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea bags. - fully stocked kitchen Booking: Primary renter must be 25 years old or older and staying at the condo. No third party bookings. Parking: You must obtain a parking pass to enter the property. Parking passes are a one time fee of $15 per vehicle. Your pass will be waiting for you at the gate when you arrive, an ID will be required to obtain it. You will pay the $15 online when you request your pass before checking-in. You can request passes for up to two vehicles. * Vehicles with business logos or advertising on them are not allowed inside the complex and will have to park outside the guard gate. Security: The resort has a 24 hour manned security gate. You can feel secure in knowing that only approved guests are coming in and out. Beach access is also gated. You will receive a gate code to enter back into the resort from the beach upon arrival. We have a code lock on the condo door. You will receive your unique code on check-in day that changes with each guest. You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner’s closet and cabinet. Plus, we would definitely recommend the 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, if time permits. It is worth exploring the cobblestone streets of the oldest city in the US.
