The space This clean 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for families or groups of 8 or fewer and is located near the Wright Brothers Memorial, Avalon Pier, and central to all the OBX beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, comfortable sectional sofa and big screen SmartTV. On the main floor (2nd floor) there is the kitchen with large island. This kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and prepare meals from pots and pans to instant pot and air fryer. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and silverware. Some pantry items are provided. Also on the main floor is comfortable living area with large sectional sofa perfect for relaxing while watching the big screen Smart TV. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating for the whole family. Also, there is a dedicated workspace for those who choose to work remotely. There are 3 bedrooms on the main living floor (one king and two queen bedrooms) with 2 full baths. On the first floor is one bedroom with bunk beds. pullout sofa, big screen SmartTV, and full bath - perfect place for the kids to hang out while the adults hang out upstairs. Outside is a large back yard with dining area and gas grill. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Guest access There is ample parking in the driveway, Guests will receive a keycode prior to booking to access the property. Code activates at 4pm day of check in. Other things to note Pet fee is $50. Please add pet in guest details prior to your stay. Because we are located in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you observe quiet hours of 10pm-8am. We want you to have a great time, but we also want our neighbors to have a great time, too.
