The space This is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath, plus an additional parlor(with wash and dryer) that has a very comfortable sofa bed set up, total 4 beds. Blackout blinds in every bedroom. Huge fenced backyard. This is a remodeled 1950's house, cozy, easy living 1 level home. Guest access The home and fully fenced backyard. We have ADU(stand alone apartment next door with one tenant). But we have super long recently paved driveway for your parking needs(Boat or RV welcomed) and it's a very safe and quiet area. Other things to note This house is in the middle of Oasis, with National Wildlife Refuge across the street, a few wonderful wineries, large casino, Amphitheater are minutes away, we really enjoy this little cottage every time when we stay here, we make sure it's always well stocked, so you can just bring your clothes and food come here to stay comfortably whether it's long term or short term. We have extra linens and blankets in the linen closet next to bathroom, feel free to use them as needed. The detached garage is currently used for storage, it’s not accessible.
