This two story cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach close to Belmont Park, SeaWorld and La Jolla. It's in a prime location for spending the day on the beach, strolling down the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants or just relaxing on the bay. There is a second floor deck and a large third story deck to relax and view Sea World fireworks. There is also a ground level patio for your morning coffee and enjoying the fresh ocean air. Our area is a friendly neighborhood and located on Mission Beach peninsula. It is a short walk to Santa Clara Recreation Center offering a variety of summer water sport lessons, camps and rentals for everyone! If you like to fish or boating this is the spot for you! Great location for shore fishing a few minutes walk from the house or there are plenty of boat rentals. We can arrange for a couple hours boat ride with our boat too! Contact us for details. Leave the car parked in the garage and walk to a variety shops, water activities and restaurants. A brand new large, modern playground just opened on the bay a few minutes walk from the house. The bay is also ideal for infants and toddlers as the water is more mellow and calm. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new microwave, new water heater and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an attached garage (18' deep x 13' wide x 73" tall). The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds. It is an open concept, loft layout. It also has a french doors opening up to the second deck patio and roof top deck. There's also a queen-size air mattress for extra guests. Beach supplies include umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, surf board, beach toys, cooler with wheels and a beach cart to haul it all! Baby supplies include plates and utensils, Pack n' Play, baby beach toys and a baby gate. Access the house through the keypad entry garage. Code will be provided. Guests have access to the entire house; front porch, second and third story deck. It’s your vacation! Take the time to relax and enjoy. There are lots of beach and bay activities like surfing, body boarding, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and more. Santa Clara Recreation Center just steps from the home offers tennis, basketball, baseball, boat/water sport rentals. The Aquatic Center is a couple minutes walk on the bay and offers surf and water sport camps for kids. Better Buzz Coffee House is on the same court and fresh coffee and breakfast fare are a few steps away. Ralph's Grocery is down the street but if you forgot anything, Hub Market is also conveniently on the same court. It has a large beverage selection, food and snacks, incidentals, beach supplies and propane. If you’re looking for restaurants, bars and nightlife, you’re in the right place! There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance, or hop in an Uber to Pacific Beach. Bikes and electric scooters are a great way to quickly get around the neighborhood. Uber and Lyft are also very convenient especially because parking can be difficult, especially in the summer months. There is an attached one-car garage (18' deep x 13' wide x 73" tall) and an additional parking spot across the street available for rent $25 per day (not available on July 4th). This house is located in a peaceful beach neighborhood. No parties are allowed and no excessive noise after 10 pm. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
