Cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, jug and toaster are also provided. A selection of condiments for your cooking. Lounge/Dining area has a round 4 seater dining table, comfortable leather sofa and chairs, and smart TV. A small external balcony furnished with an outdoor setting is accessed via the Lounge. Bedroom 1 has queen bed, linen and BIR. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, linen, robe cupboard and desk. Bathroom provides shower, toilet, towels, shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer is also included. A front load washing machine with washing powders, portable drying rack and pegs are provided. A community washing line is available in the common area for drying your clothes. 2 beach/event chairs and an outdoors rug are provided for your beach relaxation. Please ensure these items are clean and dry before returning them to the storage robe. Portacot and highchair for infants are available upon request. Unrestricted parking is also available on Seaview Rd and in the free public carpark adjacent to the beach and jetty (directly opposite Grange View).
