It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). The space Completely isolated in a place where incredible mountain views reign, Pera da Serra is located in the small village of Vale Pereira da Serra, in the Serra da Lousã, at an altitude of 500 metres. You'll feel alone with the magnificent and inspiring views. We are a 15-minute drive from the nearest village, where you can stock up on all kinds of goods. The property is walled and only for the use of guests in 5 accommodation units of various types; the swimming pool (not heated) and the garden are shared with all guests. The only noises you will hear will be those of nature and the animals that can usually be spotted on the path closest to the property. The garden and pool area are private to the property, but shared with guests of all the houses. Guests have access to the entire property and each accommodation unit has free parking. NOTICE: Electricity is produced using photovoltaic panels, but this is not enough to meet all our guests' needs, and it is sometimes necessary to resort to mains power, which is very unstable in this mountain location. In order to minimise mains electricity consumption, we ask our guests to collaborate by adopting some measures sent by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. NOTE -- Check-out must be made by 12 noon on the last day of the reservation, but upon prior request we will authorise check-out until 3pm free of charge.
