A code will be provided to access the garage and front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
