The space Sleeps 1-10 Extra guest fee applies to parties over 4 persons. **No Pets** Bedrooms located upstairs near bathroom with shower. 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bunk bed (twin over full) Main floor equipped with a full kitchen with microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, and fully stocked w/ pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen tools. Dining room right of kitchen as well as living space with flat screen Tv and fire stick which you can access your favorite shows. Small work desk also located in space. Lower level hosts an additional living space and a bathroom with tub/shower. Washer and dryer available. **Fireplaces are not functional** Relax on the main wrap around deck that has a lounge space as well as two hanging swings or the lower deck with bar style table overlooking the backyard and stream. Fire pit and firewood available. Seating will be added near fire pit before first check-in. Gas heat for the chilly fall/winter nights and window air conditioning to stay cool on those hot summer days. This lake house has all the amenities of home with modern and simple decor, sitting at the end of a quiet road, set back from the lake. Low traffic location perfect for peaceful strolls. Property is just 20 minutes away from I-81 giving quick access to all nearby attractions such as skiing, casinos, state and local parks, arenas, amusement parks, and concert venues. Many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, and convenience marts. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. State boat launch is located around the lake. -No parties or gatherings- ONLY guests on rental agreement are allowed to occupy the property during the rental period.
