Riverdene is a cosy cottage in the heart of Kingswear overlooking beautiful river views and out across the marina from the front door and master bedroom. On the ground floor of Riverdene is the open plan kitchen/diner and living area. With breakfast bar seating in the kitchen and wood burner in the living area this is a great social space for either hosting or relaxing at the end of the day. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one being a small bunk room perfect for children and the other a good sized double. The family shower room is also on this floor. There is a bench at the front of the cottage, a perfect area for sitting out and enjoying that early morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Kingswear is a fantastic area to stay, perfect for visiting Dartmouth across the river via the lower ferry. It is also on the right side of the river for driving towards the famous fishing town of Brixham and the rest of the English Riviera.
