They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD only for your entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. A starter welcome package of basic supplies is provided for your convenience upon check-in (such as limited toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, and toiletries). Once these starter items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Toiletries & Consumables We do not provide unlimited toiletries or consumable items. Guests should plan accordingly based on the number of guests and length of stay. Towels & Linens Bath towels and linens are provided based on the number of registered guests. Additional towels may be available in the laundry room. For longer stays, guests are responsible for laundering towels as needed. Laundry Supplies Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests may need to purchase their own laundry products. Cleaning During Stay Mid-stay or daily cleaning services are not included, unless arranged in advance for an additional fee. Kitchen Supplies Basic kitchenware is provided. Cooking ingredients (such as oil, spices, or condiments) are not provided. Guests are responsible for washing dishes after use.
