Upon departure, and following an inspection, R213 will release the pre-authorisation within 48h. 2️⃣ ONLINE CHECK-IN: ✓ Local regulations requires ALL occupants to provide us with an official government issued photo ID. For EU citizens a copy of a valid ID card is required and for NON-EU citizens a copy of a valid passport is the norm. Once you have confirmed your booking, a secured online link towards our online check-in form, will be forwarded to you. ⏹️ OUR SUPPLEMENTS The payments of our supplements will be channelled using your Airbnb account. ✓ FULL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: A weekly housekeeping service is included in your rental. If you so desire additional housekeeping services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 125€ charge per service. ✓ LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your apartment is fitted with bed § bath linens according to the number of persons booked, these in turn will be refreshed on a weekly basis. If you so desire additional linen refreshment services may be purchased : - 35€ set of bed linens / per bed - 30€ set of bath linens / per person ✓ SLEEPOVERS / STAY-OVERS Your booking includes a predefined total number of occupants.
