Mendon Michigan River Cottage "The Roxi"

"Welcome to our "Steampunk Inspired River Cottage" on the Saint Joseph River. "Roxi" has been filled with curious collections and unique décor that we have collected over the years and enjoy sharing with our guests. The Roxi is the perfect, quiet get away, for couples or small families (with older children that can swim ) . The space We are a 45 minute drive to Shipshewana Flea Market, 20 minutes to shopping and antiquing in Three Rivers Michigan, and 15 from Sand Lake Party store (the biggest Huddsenville ice cream cone you will ever see) as well as Sand Lake Beach. We have every amenity to make your stay enjoyable. Included with your stay are fresh laundered towels and bedding, complete kitchen use including basic spices, and complimentary toiletries. Just bring your clothes and food! Because we have spent many days and long weekends collecting Roxi's décor, we ask that you please respect her and and leave her as you found her. Roxi is NOT a living gallery and none of her items are for sale. All of the dècor pieces have been carefully inventoried and your deposit will be non-refundable if anything breaks or takes legs upon your leave. Guest access The room with the endless door mural leads to the laundry room and the back door to the patio and dock. It is also our supply space for the cleaning crew and owners storage. Please be respectful and don't snoop. Also the cushions for the outside patio are located on the shelves in the laundry room. please return them after use, the winds are pretty strong out here and we would hate to loose them . Thanks! Other things to note There is a new 3 slip dock to fish off, kayak, canoe or just chill by the water and sunbathe, all new appliances,Ice machine,new shower head that will Knock your socks off! We also have a private, fully fenced in front yard that you are sure to enjoy. Extra Blankets are located in the trunk in the living room. There is also a full sized couch and love seat. Our Kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for just about any type of meal. That includes loads of small appliances and a fully stocked spice cabinet! On occasion we do have grandpets, that visit. Please be aware that although we try our best to make sure the Roxi is cleaned thoroughly, it's impossible to have it 100% allergy free.
