Come see why we love the Sam Springs so much! The space Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and has private access to a bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Sofa bed in the living room has a queen bed and is out of the way from the rest of the living space to add a little more privacy. Bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds. One bed is a twin over full while the other has 2 full beds. Plenty of fresh linens and towels, including separate pool towels. Other things to note We are a family friendly quiet neighborhood. We expect our guests to respect our neighbors and keep the noise down from 10pm-9am. **Please keep guests and visitors to the 10 person maximum. Any additional guests staying the night will be charged $50 per guest per night and an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added.
