Just minutes from Downtown Ocala! Other things to note House Rules Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Additional guests are not permitted without prior host approval. No Events or Large Gatherings: No events or large gatherings are allowed on the property. We ask that guests respect the quiet and peaceful nature of the home. Ongoing disturbances may lead to additional charges or early check-out. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and inside the screened room. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Violations may result in a cleaning charge. Pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not allowed on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found, we may need to ask you to leave early, and a fee may be charged to cover cleaning or potential damages. Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including drug use, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction from the property. Lost or Stolen Items: The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Property and Amenities: Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its amenities. Do not unplug internet or tamper with systems. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or paper towels down toilets. Do not put food or grease in kitchen sink, there is not a disposal. Parking: Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Parking on the road or in the yard is not permitted. Furnishings: Please do not move furniture without host approval. Unapproved movement of furniture may result in an additional charge. Appliances: Use appliances and equipment only for their intended purpose. Guests may be charged for misuse of appliances. Outdoor Grill: The host provides the grill only. It is guests responsibility to provide charcoal or anything else needed to grill. The host does not clean the grill, it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill before/after each use. Pool Rules: Pool Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. No Diving: No diving is allowed in the pool. It is shallow and not suitable for diving. No Glassware: Glassware is not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers. No Loud Music: Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low. Shower Before Use: Shower before entering the pool to remove sunscreen, oils, and lotions.
