Please USE CAUTION AND COMMONSENSE when walking on the property near stumps or slopes - your safety comes first! Other things to note No SMOKING, No Vaping allowed inside the unit. There’s a comfortable designated area outside. Two vehicles only. No unapproved guests or pets allowed. This is directly due to costs for extra use of resources (heat/water/electricity/laundry) and cleaning.
