It is located in Manvel, a few minutes from downtown Houston, 25 minutes from Hobby Airport, 25 -45 minutes to the beaches, 20 minutes to NRG STADIUM and five minutes from Crossings Mall And Pearland town Center. Restaurants, major department stores and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive. The parking is free- we are next to a corner lot that gives us a longer street parking. This is a simple spacious family home in a very quiet community owned by two teachers and their daughter.
