Alfresco is perfect for solo travelers or couples who want a simple and relaxed stay while exploring the city. Guest access The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind. The access code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. Other things to note We offer free private parking in the driveway off the alley behind the house. This stay is located above a residential garage and stairs are required to access. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
