We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay. *NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay). *It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee. *The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue. Toiletries & Consumables We do not provide unlimited toiletries or consumable items. Guests should plan accordingly based on the number of guests and length of stay. Towels & Linens Bath towels and linens are provided based on the number of registered guests. Additional towels may be available in the laundry room. For longer stays, guests are responsible for laundering towels as needed. Laundry Supplies Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests may need to purchase their own laundry products.
