The location is terrific — you can walk to the most desired spots in town and are in the heart of it all, but the property is tucked away off of the street making it a delightfully quiet and private spot. The interior design is thoughtful and beautiful — every bit as lovely as the photos and more. Guest access The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind. The courtyard between apartments is also secure, and has a keypad entrance through the carport. All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. Other things to note While we don't have onsite parking, there is plenty of parking in the NuLu neighborhood. Free street parking is available on Market or Main St around our building, and there's a paid overnight parking lot directly behind the carport with discounts for patrons of the NuLu Marketplace businesses (which we highly recommend!). The daily max in the paid lot is $17. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
