As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome - kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, outdoor patios, private one-car garage, and laundry room. You will also be able to utilize FREE EV car charging in the garage! We have Level 2 charging (11 miles per hour of charging) with both J1772 and Tesla adapters to connect the charger to your vehicle. There are a number of free parking options available - one parking space in the garage and ample street-side parking to the north (1700 South) and east (West Temple) of the townhome. Family travelers, we have a high chair, pack & play, and children's plates/utensils for your convenience. There are also a number of board games available in the cabinets under the coffee station. Business guests, the master bedroom has a desk where you can work if needed. We offer high-speed internet capable of streaming those important work calls. We provide our guests with a 100% contactless check-in and check-out experience. If there is a question or concern, guests can reach out to us via the AirBnb app. When needed (emergencies), we can be available onsite. Just a generation ago, most Salt Lakers saw what’s now known as the Granary and Ballpark districts as a purely industrial area—hardly the culinary and brewery destination it is today. But, how things change. And how they liven up when you add several exceptional restaurants, bars, and breweries to a part of town that was once a little gray. Now, the walls of the Granary neighborhood are literally colorful as can be, thanks to a large-scale mural project that transformed the faces of nearly a dozen buildings. Locals and tourists alike now stroll the Granary and Ballpark neighborhoods to do more than catch a Salt Lake Bees game. It’s an area worth exploring—ideally, with a great big appetite This neighborhood got its initial momentum from the Salt Lake Bees stadium, so of course, attending a ballgame is a must-do. Salt Lakers may be biased, but locals universally agree this ballpark has the best view you’ll ever enjoy during a ballgame. The striking skyline of the Wasatch mountains serves as the backdrop for this urban field, and as the sun sets during games, the granite mountain peaks light up in brilliant shades of gold and pink. PARKING There is a one-car garage available for use. Within the garage there is an electric car charger that can be used by guests. A garage code will be provided in the check-in instructions. Free on-street parking is available to the north (1700 S) and to the east (West Temple). LIGHT RAIL - UTA TRAX Looking to explore Salt Lake City without having to deal with downtown parking? Try Utah's Trax system. The Blue Line Ballpark station is 0.8 miles from the townhome. You can use this line to travel for free within downtown Salt Lake. Transfer to the Red Line to arrive at the University of Utah. Transfer to the Green Line to arrive at the airport. - There are three levels in the townhome with two staircases that ascend to each subsequent level. - There is a doorbell camera on the front of the townhome. There is also a camera in the garage. There are NO CAMERAS within the interior of the home. - The townhome is an end unit. It shares one wall with neighbors. On occasion, you may hear slight noise. - The pantry is locked and not available for use; we store supplies there. The utility closet is also locked. Please do not try and enter these spaces. - There are lockboxes in the garage for the pantry, utility closet, and internet box. Please do not attempt to access these boxes.
