Built in 2022, this rental is brand new and ready to host an amazing vacation for yourself and your family. Out by the large screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ outdoor kitchen, several loungers, large table & chairs as well as the hot tub. The electrically heated pool is perfect for relaxing and seeing what the Florida lifestyle is about! Kayaks, Ping Pong Table The space The entire house and pool area are private and for your use. There is one locked owner's closet. Pool is approximately 30 feet by 15 feet. The 4th bedroom is an den with office desk and a triple bunk bed. Guest access You can park one car in the garage or leave it in the driveway. There is a lockbox on the front door with a key inside. Other things to note There are 2 kayaks as well as a pingpong table in the garage that guests can use. House has fast WiFi.
