The space We have an 800 square feet 2 bedrooms apartment in the lower level of our house that we just finished remodeling with a private entrance, a small fenced yard for the safety of our four-leg friends. Stairs down to a large patio outside the main entrance with a barbecue for your convenience, table and chairs. -We have a shoe tray at the entrance -We have 2 bedrooms with brand new firm plush Kingsize bed in each room for your comfort and a night of good nice sleep, egress windows, a clock, Queen Pull Out couch with a Memory Foam Mattress (in the Den). A complete kitchen with a fridge & freezer in one, full-size oven, microwave, full-size dishwasher, and sink and plenty of cabinets with pots and pans, 1 paper towel roll out and one under the sink, 2 extra trash bags behind the trash bins, 3 dishwasher pods in a ziplock under the sink, 1 dish & 1 liquid hand soap, cooking spray, foil, coffee filters, sugar and sweet n low, salt & pepper, kitchen Sponge. A nice size bathroom with a big shower & sliding door, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, a sink & mirror, Samsung large capacity washer & dryer, towel set, pool towels, hairdryer, 2 toilet paper rolls, 3 laundry pods in a ziplock in the laundry room (we do not provide dryer sheets, softener, etc), 1 Kleenex box, 1 liquid hand soap to get you started on your stay. For our pets, you will find a comfortable bed, dish & water bowl, dog waste bags (you can discard your trash at the top of the stairs), a covert in case your dog goes on the furniture but we ask you to be considerate. We allow 2 dogs, if 3 we charge an extra $20 on approval only. We are animal lovers but like well-mannered dogs. No cats. A couple of trash cans in the cabinet next to the oven and a bigger one outside on the top of the stairs for your dog poops and longer stay. Guest access On the north side of the house you will see a gate with a Red and White Sign with “France in Glenwood Springs, Vacation rental” and a tall artificial tree. Another Red and White Sign with “Guest Parking for Vacation Rental” will be on the driveway where you will park your car (please park on the side of our horseshoe driveway in order to let other cars pass). Follow light path to the entrance. Other things to note With have a doggy door for our beloved dogs and of course grass for the yard and outside tables and chairs.
