Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden to appreciate the sunbathing. The space - 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area for 4 people. - An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker... - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). - Bathroom with basin, bath and WC. Outside - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September). - A terrace and private garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. South-east exposure, not overlooked. This garden also gives access to the residence's garden. - A private, numbered parking space secured by a digicode barrier. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Cocoonr (advertisement and reservation management service) and Home Ker (concierge / housekeeping service). - Pets are accepted on request, please specify when booking.
