Villetta Belice, for holidays in Torre Lapillo for 5 guests The holiday home is introduced by a gate that opens into the outdoor area which is partly shaded and furnished with dining area and outdoor sofa. Moreover, there is a shower which is useful after a day at the beach. The holiday home consists of a livin room with sofa bed, dining room, tv and air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom. At the back there is a storage room with heated outdoor shower. Villetta Belice is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, it`s basic but cozy. The surroundings of Villetta Belice in Torre Lapillo Villetta Belice is 500 meters away from the sea. The closest sandy beach is 1,5 kilometers away while the city centre of Torre Lapillo with its services is 2 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning just in the living area. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 100 euros by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless the damage is confirmed. Other things to note - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). An extra payment of €50 is required for late arrivals upon notice (from 8:00 p.m. to midnight). - Upon arrival, the signature of the relevant lease agreement in Italian will be required. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €20 per person per week. - Specific cleaning for animals €47 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld for up to 10kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). Otherwise, a penalty of €40 will be withheld. - Air conditioning only in the living room. - Please note that upon arrival, payment of the security deposit of €100 is required by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
