Chains or AWD/4WD are recommended during snowy conditions. > Outdoor security cameras are located only outside and face away from the home. > WiFi is fast but weather-dependent, as expected in a forested mountain setting. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and the main garage with direct entry to the house. One additional single-car garage is reserved for owner storage. Other things to note Accessibility The home has a small number of steps. There are two steps up to the front deck and front door, and two interior steps between the main living area and hallway. The backyard is accessible from the home without steps; however, the yard is sloped and includes two steps from the patio to the fire pit area. Handrails are installed on the driveway steps, and grab bars are installed in the garage and hallway for added support. Pets Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste and keeping pets off furniture to help maintain a clean space for all guests. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are installed outside the home and face away from interior living spaces. There are no cameras inside the house. WiFi The home is equipped with high-speed Starlink WiFi. As the property is located in a forested mountain area, internet service may occasionally be affected by weather or other conditions beyond our control.
