A spiral staircase leads to two small bedrooms — one queen and one full — as well as a bathroom with full-body shower system. Two heat pumps with A/C keep you comfortable in any weather. A full-size futon in the living room provides space for extra guests. The space The space is ideal for two to four people. The downstairs is an open living room and kitchen space with a futon couch, chair, and dining table. The 44-inch TV has YouTubeTV for watching live channels, plus other apps you can log into with your own accounts. The upstairs has two small bedrooms and a full bathroom. The apartment is attached to a larger home (built in 1845) occupied by long-term tenants. It has a private entrance and room for one car in the driveway. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment all to yourself. Feel free to enjoy the backyard as well.
