Welcome to "Dew Be Salty" at Spring Lake! Spring Lake is a serene community w/ a park-like setting that offers the best of both worlds for the perfect getaway. Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth & Dewey Beach, this home is within 1 mile to the Ocean & beach access. The Community Pool is right around the corner! Walk to shops & dining across the street. There is trail access to the Thompson Island Trail w/in the community. Tax free outlets & shops on Rehoboth Ave are w/in 2 miles! Almost EVERYTHING in this home is BRAND NEW (2022). This home defines luxury and relaxation. With all new furniture and featuring many local artists' work, this is a place you will be sad to leave. Featuring 1 Bedroom with King Sized bed (New Helix Midnight Mattress 2022) and 1.5 baths with Quartz counters. The maximum occupancy is for 4 guests (brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room). Enjoy the pond views from the large balcony off the living room and dining room. Cushions for the hammock chair and patio furniture are provided in the laundry room. We want you to have a relaxing vacation so have appointed the home for maximum convenience! The Community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to the last Sunday in September. Hours are 8am to 8pm.  For Beach Access Questions: The condo is located in the Spring Lake neighborhood. We are equal distance between Rehoboth Beach (cut across back gate to Robinson Dr, Left on Silverlake, then Right onto Rodney St). It's 1 mile or about a 20-25 minute walk. The drive to downtown Rehoboth is just 4 minutes. The other option is Dewey Beach (Right on Coastal Hwy then Left on Clayton St) which would be about the same distance and walking time (maybe slightly more). There is also a bus stop in front of the community in season. There are 2 smart TVs in the home, 1 in the living room and the other in the bedroom. We do not provide cable TV but guests can login to their own streaming services. Kitchen: Fully equipped, granite counters, live edge custom cedar breakfast bar, dishwasher, teapot, Stocked coffee/tea bar, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, toaster, ice maker, cooking basics, spice rack, dishware & flatware, and ample cabinet space. There is an electric grill in front of the home that guests are welcome to use. Please clean after use. General: Free WiFi, linens/towels/Beach Towels ARE INCLUDED, complimentary toiletries for guest use (shampoo, conditional, body wash), central heat & air conditioning, washer/dryer available, laundry detergent, hairdryer, keyless entry. Parking: 1 dedicated space in front of the home with additional unassigned parking throughout the Community (first come first served). Bike racks are located in front of the condo building. 2 Community Pool Passes are provided for guest use. Guests are required to sign the Pool Release form. Please do not lose any passes or there will be a $100 fine. An outdoor shower is available by the community pool. Guests will have access to the outside storage closet with 2 beach chairs. Please rinse off any sand and return after use. Spring Lake is a serene, park-like community, with a focus on nature and water views. There are 2 numbered dedicated parking spots to the home. There are Bike racks in front of the condo building and located at the closest beach access. We do provide STARTER amounts of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking, fine for smoking is $250 - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Quiet hours for the community are from 10pm-9am - No pets allowed, no exceptions. Owner has allergies. - Keyless access code and welcome email is sent within 48 hours of your stay. - Guest count and acknowledgement of the House Rules must be confirmed in writing prior to receiving the entry code to the home. - No events, parties, or unregistered guests permitted - Children are welcome however the home is not child proofed. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera, it does not look into interior spaces. - NOTE: This property requires stairs and is located on the 2nd level - The community regulations require all guests sign a rental agreement which will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
