Birchwood Cabin Retreat

This cabin is uniquely situation in the middle of the Pilsbury State forest on Long Lake. If you are looking for a truly serene and picturesque retreat this is the place for you. The lake is pristine and has only 10 cabins on it. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and well accommodated. Great outdoor fire area, Nice beach for swimming, located minutes from golfing and many other activities. State trail access on property (hiking, snowmobile, etc). The space The house has 2 bedrooms, large bright open living room, beautiful kitchen with open floor plan to dining area, and main living room. The large living room can be closed off by beautiful French doors for privacy. 2 bathrooms, a large deck, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The large upstairs bedroom has a it's own private deck. Lower living area, is a great space to play cards, and hang out. The space opens up to the large deck. The cabin sits on top of a hill the views to the beach and lake are beautiful. Clean 2 car garage, great space if it happens to be rainy. Very large yard, great for games, running around, and being free among nature. The campfire area is bricked and is next to a nice horseshoe pit. The lake and beach is perfect for swimming, sun bathing and water activities. The water is clear and clean, as this is a nature protected lake. Amazing for kids as the shoreline is slow sloping. Large DVD collection, TV. Canoe, rowboat, and some yard games included. Guest access Large yard, fire pit, dock, beach, gas grill, row boat, canoe. Long Lake, Nisswa, 107 acres, 68ft max depth. Other things to note The lake is very private, you only have one other property that is near this cabin, the other 8 cabins are located across the lake. This is a very private lake with long standing summer residents. Please treat this as your home and be respectful of the property and the neighbors. While we encourage you to have fun, this cabin is not the place for over the top partying. *damage deposit will be taken if we find that you brought pets.
