This memorable Pirate themed place is anything but ordinary. Perfect location! Right on the river, close to all amenities and the casinos. We have plenty of fenced in parking. Private dock and beach. 2 master suites plus 3rd bedroom & guest bathroom. Large living room, full kitchen, & free Wi-Fi. Large, covered patio with seating & BBQ. Big grass area to play games. Take a swim, relax in the sun on the beach. Best spot on the river! A vacation to remember! The space This place is a Treasure on the river!! Large, covered patio with seating, BBQ (propane provided) with an amazing view of the river. The entire place is spacious. Free Wi-Fi and all TV are streaming only. Full kitchen, dining room, living room with views. First master with a full bathroom, queen bed. There is a second master with full bathroom and queen bed. In the 3rd bedroom there is a bunkbed with a double and a single on top. And also, a 3rd bathroom. If you need more room for your family and friends, we have the Junior Pirate attach next to the pirate that sleeps 5 and the Ocean suites that sleeps 9. House next door that sleeps 10. All places on same property on the river. Guest access Guests have an entire place with a private patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat to the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. You can also google "davis dam water release" to find out what the water level will be during you stay. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!! Other things to note Here is a description of the whole property for Airbnb. There is a house and next to the house is like a triplex. Starts with the Pirate (this one), Jr Pirate and the Ocean Villa. All have their own private place, entry and patios. The triplex the patios are separated by a block wall for privacy. All have their own BBQ with propane provided. Guests will share the grass area in front of the triplex, that is the way to step down to the dock and beach. Which is also shared.
